Voice AI services process biometric data (voice recordings). Under GDPR, this requires:

  • Explicit consent: You must explicitly authorize voice recording and processing
  • Purpose limitation: Voice data used ONLY for AI training and service delivery
  • Secure storage: Encrypted storage, access-controlled, isolated per client
  • Retention limits: Deleted after project completion + 30 days (unless otherwise agreed)
  • No sharing: Voice recordings NEVER shared with third parties without consent
