Voice AI services process biometric data (voice recordings). Under GDPR, this requires:
- Explicit consent: You must explicitly authorize voice recording and processing
- Purpose limitation: Voice data used ONLY for AI training and service delivery
- Secure storage: Encrypted storage, access-controlled, isolated per client
- Retention limits: Deleted after project completion + 30 days (unless otherwise agreed)
- No sharing: Voice recordings NEVER shared with third parties without consent

Third-Party Processing: Speech-to-text services (varies by project) may process voice data. We use providers with EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and GDPR compliance. You will be informed of specific providers before project start.
