You receive a runbook your own IT provider can operate. Defects in the delivered scope are fixed under warranty.
A data-processing agreement is available before any client data is processed, processing stays in the EU unless you instruct otherwise, and the trust page lists the sub-processors this website uses.
Our engineers work with agents that draft, test and benchmark. A person decides what gets built and reads every change, nothing ships until the tests pass, and we tell you which parts of a deployment were assisted.
