Open source
Five tools we built and published as open source, and the fixes we wrote for libraries other teams maintain, each reviewed and merged by that project’s own maintainers.

01 · Operations recovery
Recovers approved operations when reality changes.
Replan recovers approved spare-part transfers when a carrier commits a shipment but its reply is lost, or when stock changes before the rest of the work begins. It reconciles what actually happened, keeps the transfers that completed and asks for a new approval before a changed plan runs. Plans are optimised with OR-Tools, and every proposal, approval and dispatch is written to an ordered audit trail in PostgreSQL.
02 · Post-quantum migration
Finds the cryptography a quantum computer would break.
cryptosweep scans source code, dependency manifests and TLS endpoints and records every cryptographic primitive it finds. It flags what a quantum computer would break, such as RSA, ECDSA and classical Diffie-Hellman, and what is already broken today, such as MD5, SHA-1 signatures and committed private keys. It writes a CycloneDX CBOM, SARIF and an HTML report, runs as a CI gate or an MCP server, and changes nothing it scans.
03 · Agent supervision
Hard limits for AI agents that run unattended.
nightshift supervises unattended agent runs: Claude Code, Codex, OpenClaw or anything else started from a terminal. Its limits on runtime, silence, tokens, dollars, disk and output are kills, not warnings, and the kill reaches the agent’s whole process tree. Each run leaves a report of what it spent, wrote and ran, naming any process that survived the kill, and can send it to Telegram, Discord or a webhook.
04 · Agent orchestration
Typed orchestration for councils of LLM agents.
consilium runs councils of LLM agents as ordinary typed code: fan out independent work, let several separately called voters try to refute each claim, and keep what survives. Concurrency limits, retries, schema validation and call budgets are handled once for every pattern, with any model behind a single runner function. The model is the only stochastic part, so the orchestration is unit-tested with a mock and no API key.
05 · Personal assistant
A personal AI assistant that runs on your own machine.
Urfael is a personal assistant with local voice, a desktop console and a searchable archive, driven by your installed Claude Code CLI. Its daemon is reached through a local socket, not a network port, and turns from remote channels get a read-only tool profile by default. Memory lives in an Obsidian vault and a local git repository, searchable across conversations.
Pull requests we sent to libraries other teams maintain, almost all of them fixes for bugs we found. Each one was reviewed and merged by the project’s own maintainers. Newest first.
Engagements start with a scoping week at a fixed fee. It ends with a specification you own and a fixed price for the build.
