As one of Austria's established occupational-medicine centers with 50+ practitioners, AMZ was running on fragmented, largely manual internal tools and had no modern way to capture and qualify the steady stream of patient and corporate inquiries coming in.
What we built
We led a full digitalisation of AMZ's stack: a custom, private software platform purpose-built for their occupational-health workflows (appointment management, intake, and compliance tracking), plus an AI-powered chatbot that captures and qualifies patient and corporate inquiries 24/7 and routes them to the right department. The result is an end-to-end, AI-driven operation rather than a set of disconnected tools.
