As one of Austria's established occupational-medicine centers with 50+ practitioners, AMZ was running on fragmented, largely manual internal tools and had no modern way to capture and qualify the steady stream of patient and corporate inquiries coming in.
What we built
We led a full digitalisation of AMZ's stack: a custom, private software platform purpose-built for their occupational-health workflows (appointment management, intake, and compliance tracking), plus an automated inquiry-capture system that qualifies patient and corporate inquiries around the clock and routes each one to the right department. The result is an end-to-end operation rather than a set of disconnected tools.
